Has anyone ever heard anything about this rubber?  I can't find any information on it any where.  Only cole seems to sell it.

It's not even on the airtabletennis website.  I have the x88 version.

Nexy sells Air rubber on his site for Koreans (tak9.com) but he doesn't yet offer it on his (nexy.com) site for the rest of the world. I thought I heard him saying he would be carrying more Air products on his site. Maybe youu can ask him at MyTT where he pops up a lot.

So I don't think I'm experienced enough to give an accurate assessment of this rubber, but its pretty interesting.

I think it may be little fast for me, but the first thing I noticed was how easy it was to return backspin.  But in another sense I it felt like my loops were really spinny but high.  (is that what one would call a high throw angle? its not tacky though.)  It was fairly simple to adjust my stroke so that it would loop lower but then its a little odd.  Its got a pretty strange sound to it as well.

I've only tested it on my return board which is only good at returning balls with a lot of backspin.  I'll have to report my findings later when I  hit against some humans.

I slapped Air Illunina on my Timo Boll Spirt last night. Rubber is very light! Full swing loops are truely a joy. Seriously loud glue sound on impact. Good spin and last secong drop of ball to table messes up opponents. Air Illumina blocks like a maniac. Another joy. Slow strokes seem very dead. I hit the net a lot. Air Illumina does not seem very high throw at all. I normally use T05, which is high throw. Pushes seemed very dead. Rubber kinda reminded me of Galaxy Jupiter. Great performance looping and hitting, but fail at everything else. Maybe I am the fail and failed to properly adjust. This is just my observations and everyone eles may have a different experience. Illumina looks to be a Bios Tensor as it had the symbol for it stamped on the rubber. I am too busy hitting with the Nexy Spear blade to give the Air Illumina its fair chance.
